18th Annual AJ 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run
Join our Brookfield Community for the 18th Annual Asha Jyothi 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run.
Where: Fairfax Corner Race
Date: Sunday, September 20, 2026
Race Time: Fun Run starts at 8 AM and 5K starts at 8:30 AM
Asha-Jyothi (meaning Ray of Hope) is a volunteer-based non-profit organization dedicated to serving the needs of the underprivileged by providing access to Education and Healthcare. Their mission is guided by Asha-Jyothi’s core values of strength, commitment, collaboration, and integrity.
100% of your registration fee is donated back to Brookfield Elementary.

50 - 99 Registrations = additional $1,000
100 - 249 Registrations = additional $2,000
250+ Registrations = additional $10,000
All proceeds will go toward Brookfield student field trips, school-wide learning experiences (including STEAM), family and community engagement, and student needs.
We currently have 5 people signed up; if we get 20 more, our school will receive an additional $500!

We recently kicked off our Fresh Pack program, and we would love to give a special shout-out to our wonderful parent volunteers—Mrs. Barlow, Mrs. Rubio, Mr. & Mrs. Asim—as well as our two little friends pictured here! Thank you for your continued support and for helping pack Fresh Packs for our students every Friday since last year. We truly appreciate your time, generosity, and dedication to our school community!
