Annandale Students, Parents, and Community:
We are excited to host our first home football game of the season this Thursday, September 3, at 7:00pm as our Atoms take on Freedom (Woodbridge) High School! We hope to see our Annandale community come out, show their Atom Pride, and support our students.
As we prepare for Thursday night, FCPS is implementing additional safety and security measures at all varsity football games to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for students, families, staff, and community members. All spectators will participate in security screening using our existing weapons detection system, and a standardized bag policy will be in place.
Approved bags include:
- Clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
- Medical and diaper bags, subject to inspection
Not permitted: Backpacks, purses, fanny packs, tote bags, outside food and beverages, sporting equipment, and any item prohibited by FCPS policy or determined by event staff to present a safety concern.
Annandale students will be required to show a valid school ID upon entry and will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the event. Middle school students and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult who remains with them at all times at the event. Please arrive a little early to allow additional time for screening.
Atoms All-Season Passes: Our Atoms Athletic Boosters All-Season Passes are back! The Atoms Pass provides general admission to regular season home football, baseball, basketball, soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, and wrestling events. Purchase an Adult Pass ($80) | Purchase a Student Pass ($40).
