Kiss & Ride Reminders
To ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient Kiss & Ride arrival and dismissal for our Crossfield students, we utilize a structured drop-off/pickup procedure. The Kiss & Ride loop is for adults who plan to remain in their vehicle. (Adults who need to exit the car to assist a student may park in the large parking lot after passing the school.)
Kiss & Ride Entrance: Take your first LEFT upon entering the Crossfield property.
Please remain in your car at all times. Staff members and patrols will help once your student has exited the car upon arrival/drop off.
Kindergarten students will be walked to and from the school.
Do NOT pull out of the line early or pass other vehicles. This is for the safety of our students and staff.
Help your child learn how to open and close the car door independently. Student patrols may not open or close car doors.
Students should enter and exit the vehicle on the passenger side (curb side) only.
-Please have your child's car seat/booster ready. Staff members may not buckle your child into a car seat. If your child needs assistance buckling, please pull around the loop, park in a parking space, and buckle your child properly.
Exit: Please pull forward when the Kiss & Ride staff members signal it is safe to do so.
Thank you for helping keep our Kiss & Ride loop safe during drop-off and pick-up!
