First Day of School: Check-In
On the first day of school, families are welcome to walk their students to their classrooms. We hope this helps our students feel comfortable and excited as they begin the new school year!
All family members entering the building will need to check in as visitors. If you plan to walk your child to class, please register as a visitor in advance before Monday. Registering ahead of time will help make the check-in process smoother and faster on the first morning.
After registering, you will receive a QR code. Please have your QR code ready when you arrive.
If you are walking your child to class, please enter through Door 3 by the trailers. Your QR code will be scanned, and your visitor badge will be printed before you enter the building. Students walking to class on their own may enter through Door 13. Staff will be outside to help families locate Door 3.
Please remember that walking students to their classrooms is a first-day-of-school opportunity only. We appreciate your help in making the first morning welcoming and smooth for everyone!
Lunch Visitors Begin September 8
To help our students start the year successfully, lunch visitors will begin on Tuesday, September 8. During the first weeks of school, we will not have lunch visitors so students have time to learn and practice cafeteria routines and expectations.
We look forward to welcoming families for lunch beginning September 8!
Weekend Food Bags & School Supplies
Beginning this school year, families must sign up each year if they would like to receive weekend food bags and/or assistance with school supplies. Please complete the Weekend Food Bags and School Supplies Request Form to request these resources.
Families who would benefit from these resources are encouraged to sign up. If you participated in previous years, you will still need to complete a new form for this school year.
Please note that the Free and Reduced-Price Meals program is separate from these resources. Families must apply for Free and Reduced-Price Meals online each school year.
