A Message from the Principal
It was wonderful to see so many of our students today at Open House. We hope your child enjoyed getting to meet their teacher and see their classroom.
Families are welcome to walk their child to class on Monday, August 21st. If you choose to bring your child to school, please be prepared to tell your child’s teacher how they will get home. Students who are riding the bus will come home with their bus identification card. Students will need to bring the card every day as it is a safety feature to ensure they get on the correct bus. This new system may delay buses temporarily and we ask for your patience.
If you choose to use Kiss and Ride, please plan to have your child sit on the right-hand side of the car. Students should be able to unbuckle and buckle themselves. Adults must remain in the car at all times and passing other cars in the Kiss and Ride lane is not permitted due to safety reasons. After exiting the car, students will walk and enter door 2. Students who walk from the neighborhood will also use door 2.

Starting Strong and Organized - Brain First Strategies for the New School Year
