TODAY - New Family Event Wednesday, August 19th, 4:30 pm

Are you...new to the area? New to Fairfax County? Have you just made a military move or have a Kindergarten student? We are having a "New Family" gathering in our cafeteria TODAY, August 19th at 4:30 pm.  Join us to get a feel for our school and staff before the Open House on Friday. Meet at door #1, main entrance to meet new families and tour the school.

Open House - Friday, August 21st

8:30 - 10:00 am - Open House

During this visit students will be able to meet their teacher, find their classroom and drop off their school supplies. Any supplies that were ordered from EPI in the spring will be in your student's classroom when you arrive.

10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Patrol Meeting

Mrs. Massimo and Mrs. Maxwell-Gold will host a patrol training in the gym from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. This will be an opportunity for 5th and 6th grade patrols to learn more about the responsibilities associated with this position.

Who is My Child's Teacher?

Your child's teacher will be posted in ParentVUE Thursday, August 20th. If you don't have access to ParentVUE, see below for instructions. If you don't have access before Friday's Open House, don't worry! Please come to the Open House and our staff will direct you to your student's classroom to meet their teacher when you arrive.

☑️ Sign Up for SIS ParentVUE

Access your child’s attendance records, grades, and assignments at any time with SIS ParentVUE. You should have received an activation code when registering your child. Find out more about SIS ParentVUE.

☑️ Update Your Contact Information

Be sure you receive important information from your schools. Update your phone number(s) and/or email address(es) in the Parent/Guardian section of ParentVUE.

☑️ Update Immunizations and Records

Immunizations are required for all students to attend school in Virginia. This is an important part of protecting them from certain diseases and keeping them healthy.

When your child is immunized, remember to request a copy of their immunization record and bring that to your school’s front office or submit the record via SIS ParentVUE as soon as possible. Find more information on FCPS’ website.

Contact the school registrar Soudad Albermani if you need a code.
