Bulldog BBQ is on Thursday!
Join us for the Bulldog BBQ Open House on Thursday, August 20, from 5–7 p.m. Students and families can walk through class schedules, meet teachers and staff, explore clubs and activities, enjoy food, and reconnect with the Westfield community before the new school year begins. New Student Device Requirement
Starting this school year, students may only use FCPS-issued devices for school-related digital activities during the instructional day.
Cell Phone Policy
Cellphones, phone accessories, and all smart devices must be off and personally stored (i.e., backpacks) for the duration of the school day: bell to bell. Per state law, student cell phones are not permitted from 8:10 AM to 2:55 PM. View Westfield’s complete cell phone expectations.

Football Game Safety and Security Update
As we prepare for another exciting fall sports season, FCPS is implementing additional safety and security measures at all varsity football games.
Beginning this season, all spectators will participate in security screenings using the same weapons detection technology introduced in our middle and high schools last school year. A standardized bag policy will also be in place to help ensure a safe, efficient entry process for everyone attending our games.
Seniors, Save the Date for Senior Sunrise!
Senior Sunrise is scheduled for August 27 at 6 a.m. at the WHS Stadium. Stay tuned for additional Class of 2027 updates!
