The previous weekend, students from across the DMV gathered for the Brandon Victor Dixon Awards at The National Theatre. Representing West Springfield, the cast of Mamma Mia! performed a medley from the show on the National Theatre stage. Graduating senior Ryan Coffey advanced in the competition and earned a place among the Top Five Female Vocalists in a Musical. Mamma Mia was nominated as Best Musical along with four other schools from our area.

Please join us in congratulating all of the students, critics, performers, technicians, and supporters who helped make this year such a success. We are incredibly proud of everything our theatre program accomplished this season and look forward to another groundbreaking year ahead!
