Happy Friday Wolverines,
This has been a great week. We started it off with our amazing class of 2026 GRADUATION! We are proud of every one of the students that walked across that stage on Monday! Way to go!
In addition, Dr. Reid has been highlighting events that truly put shining light on ALL the amazing things our school and teachers do each day. Below is a link to one of her segments on county-wide Pyramid Art Shows. The great news is that the production crew was here for our pyramid show and interviewed some of our amazing art teachers and students and took many clips. Summer Office Hours: Our main office will be open over the summer from 9 am till 1:00 pm on regular business days.

End-of-Year Student Laptop Procedures: Summer 2026
☀️ Summer Laptop Checkout (Underclass)
If you use a personal device RETURN your school chromebook/charger
If you are returning to West Potomac HS for the 2026-2027 school year, please keep your laptop over the summer.

ACTION REQUIRED: You must fill out the Summer Checkout Form to keep your laptop for the summer and to use next school year.

Summer School: If you are attending (or plan to attend) summer school, you must complete the checkout form to ensure your laptop remains active.

Note: Only students logged into their fcpsschools.net email can access the form.
💻 Underclass: Return Instructions
If you use a personal device RETURN your school chromebook/charger
Only follow these steps if you are NOT returning to WPHS for the 26-27 school year

June 11–12: Return to the Tech Office (Rm 311) during school hours.

June 15–16: Return to the Cafeteria during school hours.

Final Deadline: All laptops and chargers must be turned in by Tuesday, June 16th.

Lost Chargers: A replacement fee of $29 applies, payable via MySchoolBucks.
- All personal stickers must be removed and devices powered down.
