As we wrap up the school year, I want to take a moment to say thank you.
It has been a true honor to serve on the Wolftrap PTA Board for the past two years and an absolute privilege to serve as your PTA President. The success of our events, programs, and initiatives is a testament to the incredible dedication of our volunteers, families, teachers, staff, and PTA Board. A special thank you to Anne Snyder, Stephanie Wolter, and Linda Pugel for their partnership and friendship throughout this year.
This summer, my family, John Paul, Henry, Heidi, and I, will be moving to Colorado. While we are excited for our next chapter, Wolftrap will always hold a special place in our hearts. The friendships, memories, and sense of community we found here are gifts we will carry with us wherever we go.
As a military family, we’ve learned that there are rarely goodbyes, only “see you laters.” Thank you for allowing us to be part of this extraordinary community and for making Wolftrap feel like home.

2025 - 2026 School Year
PTA members and volunteers enjoyed an evening at Vienna Vintner last Wednesday evening, June 3. Dr. Grove joined the group, and thanked the Wolftrap PTA for a great school year.
A huge, heartfelt thank you to our outgoing PTA board members, Britt Mintz (President) and Linda Pugel (Secretary), for their dedication and hard work over the past year. Their leadership has strengthened our school community in immeasurable ways, and it has been a privilege to work alongside both of them. Britt and Linda have set an incredible standard for leadership, and their positive impact on the Wolftrap community will be felt for a long time to come. We wish the Mintz family the best as they settle into their new home in Colorado, and look forward to continuing to work closely with Linda next year!
