Field Day Updates
Field Day Weather Considerations
We are excited for our upcoming Field Day events this week, and at this time all events remain scheduled as planned. However, we are closely monitoring the forecast and are aware of potential weather challenges, including excessive heat, that could require adjustments to our afternoon Field Day schedules. Thankfully rain does not seem to be an issue at this time.
Please note these slated make-up times have been shifted to the morning, as similar weather concerns may also affect Monday and Tuesday afternoons.

We are sharing the alternate times that would be used if afternoon events need to be rescheduled so that families and volunteers have as much notice as possible should a schedule change become necessary. Please note that while we hope to make any decisions early and communicate them promptly, weather conditions may require a final decision to be made on the day of the event.
If events are rescheduled and you are a signed up to be a parent volunteer for your child's class, please watch for an email from Mrs. Beavers or Mrs. Belcher with additional information.
