Once you have activated a ParentVUE account for an FCPS student, you will keep the same account until the student graduates. Information about students in the same family can be accessed through the same ParentVUE account. It is available online and as a mobile app for Apple and Android devices.

Need help creating a SIS ParentVue account? This video walks through the steps. Find out more about SIS ParentVUE.

If you already have an account, be sure your contact information is up to date. Parents/guardians can update their phone numbers or email addresses in the Parent/Guardian section. View additional details about ParentVUE.

Early Release Wednesdays for 2026-27

FCPS will continue with limited early release Wednesdays for elementary schools during the 2026-27 school year. The number of days has been reduced from eight to four.

Early release Wednesdays provide elementary teachers with a dedicated block of time to prepare lessons, participate in professional development and training, and collaborate with their peers. A well-supported and continuously improving teaching staff leads to better educational outcomes for students.

Please view the dates for our school’s early release Wednesdays below:

  • ERW 1 - September 30
  • ERW 2 - November 18
  • ERW 3 - January 13
  • ERW 4 - April 7

Visit the FCPS website for more information about early release Wednesdays.

Summer Construction and Renovation

Playground

Phase 3 of our renovation is in full swing and scheduled to be completed in time to welcome our students and staff in August 2026!

Teachers will pack up their classrooms, check out, and log off for summer break on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Once they check out, our summer campus work will officially begin.

Temporary walls are coming down, ceiling tiles are going up, and surplus furniture is being picked up. At the same time, cottages are being removed, and brand-new furniture is being delivered and set up in new classroom and office spaces.

We are also incredibly excited to also be getting a new playground and blacktop play area!

Please note that our playground and blacktop area will be closed throughout the summer for these improvements. We look forward to welcoming students to a brand-new play space on the first day of school, August 24, 2026.
