The Middle School After-School Program office is conducting a survey of school staff to assess the quality and impact of the program. Below is a link to a survey which should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete. Participating in the survey is voluntary. Individual responses will be kept confidential, and responses will be summarized at the school and division level.
These surveys are an important component of the after-school program evaluation and are critical for future funding. The more responses we receive, the more valuable and reliable the data. Thank you for considering completing the survey and for your support of the after-school program. This survey will be open from June 8 through June 12, 2026.
FCPS Superintendent-Exempt Seal Number 26211.

This is a reminder that all medications currently stored in the health room must be picked up by Friday, June 12th at 2:45 PM.
Please note:
- Students are not permitted to pick up or transport medications home.
- A parent or legal guardian must come to the health room to retrieve the medication(s).
Any medications not picked up by the deadline will be disposed of according to school policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
Does your child need to have medication at summer programs?
Unless otherwise noted, Medication Authorization forms used during the 2025-2026 school year may be used for this year's summer programs. A parent/guardian will still need to pick up the medication and copy of the completed forms by the last day of school, then deliver them to the summer learning site on the first day of the summer program.
Medication and forms must be dropped off by a parent/guardian. For prescription medication, only a 30-day supply or less can be accepted. For over-the-counter medication, only an un-opened bottle of a 30-day supply or less can be accepted. Please check the expiration date of all medication before drop-off.
If your child needs medication for the summer program but did not have medication at school this year, please see the forms attached (there is a form for inhalers, a form for epinephrine, and form for all other medications). If you have any questions, please reach out to Public Health Nurse (PHN), Mariae Beck, BSN, RN, NCSN at mbeck@fcps.edu.
