PTA UPDATES
Our 8th Grade Dance, An Evening in Paris, is just around the corner on this Friday, June 12 from 6:00–8:00 PM, and we need your help to make this special event possible for our rising 9th graders. This dance is one of the highlights of the school year, but it takes a large team of volunteers to safely set up, supervise, and clean up the event. At this time, we still have a number of volunteer positions that remain unfilled. We want to be transparent with families: if we do not secure enough volunteers, we may be forced to scale back or potentially cancel the event. We would hate for our students to miss out on this celebration after all the excitement and planning that has gone into it. We especially need:
- Setup volunteers to help transform the space into Paris
- Event volunteers during the dance
- Handy volunteers willing to help assemble decorations, including our Eiffel Tower and draping
- Cleanup volunteers after the event
