Attendance Matters!
Dear Brookfield Families,
Can you believe we have just 11 school days remaining in the 2025-2026 school year?
As we head into these final days together, I want to thank you for your partnership and commitment to ensuring your children are at school, learning, growing, and thriving. Because of your support, our Brookfield Broncos have made incredible progress this year.
I am excited to share that our chronic absenteeism rate has now dropped to 7.7%! This is an amazing accomplishment. Last year at this time, our rate was 12.9%, and together we have significantly reduced that number. This success reflects the dedication of our students, families, and staff, and it is something our entire community should celebrate.
Now let's finish strong!
These last 11 days are filled with meaningful learning, special activities, celebrations, opportunities to connect with friends, and moments that help us close out a successful school year together. Every day matters, and we want every Bronco here to be part of it all.
We also understand that appointments and other commitments may arise during the school day. If your child has an appointment, we encourage them to attend school for part of the day whenever possible. Whether that means arriving after an appointment or leaving early, every hour of learning and connection matters, and we would love to have them with us.
If your child is healthy and able to attend, please make every effort to have them at school each day through the final day of the year. We love having our students here, and there is simply no substitute for being present in the classroom and in our Brookfield community.
