Calendar Survey
FCPS values your input as we plan future school calendars. On Friday, June 5, all FCPS staff and caregivers will receive an email from noreply@fcps.edu containing a unique link to complete the FCPS Calendar Survey.
Your feedback matters. Please take a few minutes to share your priorities and perspectives by Monday, June 22, at 11:59 p.m.
Individual responses will be kept confidential and will not be shared with school staff or used in any way that identifies you. Only aggregate, summary-level results will be reported to the Fairfax County School Board.

Tuition Reimbursement Window Open
The portal to apply for reimbursement for a Spring 2026 course is open through Tuesday, June 30. An employee may apply for reimbursement for one course that ended between January 1 and May 15, 2026.
Tuition reimbursement is available on a first-come, first-served basis using the current priority list. Apply through the Tuition Reimbursement Portal (VPN required) with your Tuition Paid Receipt and Grade Report to complete the request. Wednesday, June 17, is the last day of school.
June Teacher Workday
Thursday, June 18, is a teacher workday. Teachers are expected to work at their assigned school on this day. It is not a work-from-an-alternate-location day.
Juneteenth (Holiday)
Thursday, June 19, is a holiday for FCPS employees. Schools and offices will be closed.
