ALL MADISON PARENTS - WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
Summer is around the corner - perfect time to sign up for ONE MORE volunteer opportunity! Please join us for Madison's All-Night Grad party on June 9 (NOT just senior parents)! This celebration will kick off your summer with a bang. We need your help to make sure this night runs smoothly. There are a few ways to help out: choose one or several!
Loads of volunteers are needed to help make this a safe and fun event! Deal at a blackjack or Texas Hold 'Em table, help at the photo booth, help rotate the food selections, or keep the kids safely inside the building. Hanging out with the graduating class is a blast! Come see what your underclassmen will experience in the near future - it is a fabulous night. Sleep is for the weak - grab a friend, spouse, or unsuspecting neighbor, and join us!!! Another way to help if working a shift is not possible: consider donating a gift card or prize for our end of the night raffle. The end of the party brings the class together one last time in the auditorium for an amazing magician and prize raffle, including cash, gift cards and other prizes. Such a fun time for the kids- we would love to hand out even more prizes - see our Wishlist here and consider helping us reach even more graduates with our prize selection!
Or please consider helping us keep these kids fed and hydrated by donating food and/or drink! We have several local businesses who donate food to our celebration, but we do need some assistance with drinks and additional snacks.
