Important: Pick Up Medicine Before the Last Day of School
Parents and guardians must pick up any medicine from the health room by the end of the last day of school. Students are not allowed to take medicine home on the bus or walking. Any medicine left at school after dismissal will be thrown away. If your child needs medicine for summer school or next year, please ask us for a new form. Call the health room at 703-813-5410 if you have any questions!
 School Board Adopts Fiscal Year 2027 Approved Budget
On May 21, the Fairfax County School Board unanimously adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Approved Budget, continuing FCPS’ commitment to sustaining excellence by prioritizing competitive compensation and strategic investments that support student success.
The adopted budget reflects the division’s ongoing efforts to navigate a challenging fiscal environment shaped in part by chronic state underfunding and economic uncertainty. Despite these challenges, the budget maintains key investments and restores several reductions made during the prior fiscal year. Read about the FY 2027 Budget.

FCPS phone lines are available in nine different languages. An FCPS employee will respond to your call in your preferred language within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Glow Picnic & Dance Party: Friday, June 5th at 5:30PM, Outdoor Picnic Area & 6:30 PM (Dance in the Gym)
Join us for our final event of the school year — the Glow Picnic & Dance Party! Come celebrate an amazing year with food, music, dancing and time with friends and families. The celebration on June 5th starts at 5:30 PM with a family picnic. Families are asked to bring your own main food option, chairs and blankets. Beverages and sides will be provided by our sponsor FAIRFAX250 followed by a dance party in the gym at 6:30PM.
Let’s light up the night and celebrate the end of another great school year together!
