Important information:

  • Students should arrive no later than 6:10 pm so they have time to locate their assigned seats in the front of the gym. Parents and students will be permitted to enter beginning at 6 pm. When arriving at Lake Braddock, please use Door #14 to enter the Gym.
  • This year, we will be promoting 176 students. While there are no tickets required for the ceremony, we kindly ask that each family limit attendance to four guests.
  • Upon arrival, students will be directed to sit in the front rows of the gym according to their homeroom teacher and in alphabetical order. Seating areas will be labeled with teacher names. Parents will be asked to sit in a separate section behind the students.
  • Certificates will not be distributed during the ceremony, with the exception of a few special awards. All 6th grade students will receive their certificate packets on June 17, the last day of school, along with their report cards. If your child is absent on the last day, certificate packets will be available in the main office.
  • Students will not be permitted to have cell phones during the ceremony. There will be opportunities for photos at the conclusion of the event.
