Don’t miss your chance to capture this year’s special memories! Yearbooks are $15. Online orders are closed. Cash/check orders are due by May 29; order forms are available in the main office.
🏃➡️Field Day Volunteers Needed!
Field Day is at Draper Drive Park on Thursday, June 11! There will be three groups of classes coming down throughout the day:
K-2: 9:15-11 a.m.
3rd-4th: 11:15 a.m.-1:00 p.m
5th-6th: 1:15-3:00 p.m.
We will need volunteers on the field running stations, water fillers and bathroom monitors. When signing up, please know that we need you to commit to the ENTIRE time slot. If you would like to sign up for more than just one time slot, we'd really appreciate it! Please do not bring siblings, and sign in at the front office before you head to Draper Park. We appreciate you all so much! Please reach out to Scott Houston (sahouston1@fcps.edu) if you have volunteer questions.
🚚Moving Over the Summer?
If you haven’t already informed the office of an upcoming move, please email jvdavisson@fcps.edu to let her know your plans. Additionally, if new neighbors with elementary age children move in, please encourage them to contact the school to register their children!
📖Library Books Due June 5
All library books are due back to the Mosaic Library by Friday, June 5th. Overdue notices will be emailed to the enrolling parent after this date. Please look for the notices and reach out to Mrs. Brown if you have questions or wish to report a lost book. Thank you very much!
📖Reading Makes Cents - Win Money for College!
Your child could win money for college! Just read five books from the Reading Makes Cents reading list, which supports financial literacy, and then send in your child’s reading log, online or by mail. Two lucky students from our region will win $529 for higher education. If Mosaic Elementary has a high participation rate, we could win $500 worth of books for our school library!
