Mathieu Allado *Track & Field
Mathieu Allado ran a rare distance double in a single meet, the 1600 and 3200 at the Twilight Classic at Dominion High School this past weekend. Mathieu set a PR-personal record in both events running the 1600m race in 6:07.16 and the 3200m race in 13:33.52, bettering his previous time of 6:18.93 in the 1600m and 14:16.44 in the 3200m.
Mathieu's work ethic and consistent effort this season has earned him entry in this week's Liberty District Jamboree as anchor of the 4x800 relay team.

Our Athlete of the Week is our senior leader who truly set the tone for the team this week. She stepped up in big moments, leading by example with her work ethic, composure, and unwavering sportsmanship. Her presence elevated everyone around her both on and off the field.

Herndon HHS Sports Physical Night
Sports Physicals - May 18th
Herndon High School will be hosting sports physicals on Monday, May 18th. This is a convenient option for your student-athlete to complete their required physical for the upcoming school year.
- Cost: $50 (cash or check on-site, or pre-paid through MySchoolBucks)
- A new sports physical is required each school year.

The funds raised will allow us to continue providing the best in athletic training healthcare.
