Dear Wolftrap Families,

🎉🎉🎈🎈🥳🥳As we enter Teacher Appreciation Week, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible educators who make our school a home for learning. Our teachers don’t just deliver lessons; they spark curiosity, provide a safe harbor for our students, and work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive. WE ❤️WOLFTRAP TEACHERS!

We are constantly reminded of how proud we are of our students' resilience. Standardized testing can feel like a marathon, and right now, we are at that crucial middle stretch. We want to encourage everyone to help our scholars keep their energy up—extra sleep, a hearty breakfast, and plenty of "you’ve got this" pep talks go a long way in helping them stay focused and confident.

While the tests measure one kind of growth, our students have been shining in so many other ways this week! A massive congratulations to our sixth-grade Chinese language students who participated in the Global Classroom Project. Using their language skills to connect with peers across the world is no small feat.  Way to go Ms. Kwon! Your dedication to global citizenship and linguistic excellence is truly inspiring. You represented our school with grace and intellect.

We also want to give a huge shout-out to the incredible students who represented us at the Madison High School Feet Meet! It was a joy to see our students competing with such spirit, sportsmanship, and determination. Whether you were sprinting, jumping, or cheering on your teammates, you showed us exactly what it means to be a part of the Madison pyramid.

Thank you to Dr. Burke, Mr. Yellen, Mrs. Robb, Mrs. Ghettas, Mrs Hardin, Mrs. Williams and Mrs. Quinn!!! We had so much support from our amazing staff!!!

Thank you for your continued support as we power through these busy weeks together. Let’s keep that momentum going!

Please check the early release link under the calendar reminders below! Thanks!

Dr. Maggie Grove, Principal

Ms. Megan Tipton, Assistant Principal
