A Note from the Principal
Hello Daniels Run families,
We had a wonderful week celebrating the arts at Daniels Run! Our Spring Band and Chorus Concerts were fantastic, and we are so proud of our students for their hard work and beautiful performances. Thank you to our music teachers for their dedication in preparing our students, and to our families for your continued support of the arts.
As we welcome the first day of May, we enter one of the busiest and most exciting times of the school year. There is so much to look forward to as we head into the final stretch of the school year.
Next week, we will be celebrating our incredible Daniels Run staff during our “Raise the Bar” staff appreciation week. Our staff goes above and beyond each day to support, inspire, and care for your children, and this is a perfect opportunity to show them how much they are appreciated. A kind note, a quick email, or a simple thank you can go a long way in recognizing the hard work of our entire team.
Next week also marks the beginning of our spring SOL testing season. We encourage all students to come to school well-rested and ready to do their best. A good night’s sleep and a nutritious breakfast each morning will help set them up for success. We are proud of the effort our students have put in all year and are confident they will do their very best.
Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership and support.
Warm regards,
Susan Mullen, Principal
