Morning Kiss & Ride Procedures
To ensure a safe and efficient start to the day for our students and staff, please follow the updated Kiss & Ride guidelines listed below.
Additional information regarding Kiss & Ride and other school policies, practices, and procedures can be found on our school website.
Arrival & Entry
-
Start Time: The line begins at 8:15 AM. Please do not arrive earlier to allow our staff to park and enter the building on time.
-
Location: Use the front entrance parking lot only. The bus loop is strictly reserved for buses.
-
Traffic Flow: Enter using the left-hand lane. Once inside, split into two lanes to prevent backups, and take turns merging back into a single lane as you approach the drop-off zone.
Safe Drop-Off Practices
-
Stay in Your Vehicle: For safety and speed, please stay in your car. Our staff will assist your child if they need help.
-
Exit Strategy: If possible, seat your child so they can exit via the rear driver-side door.
-
Designated Zones: Only drop off students in the official "Drop Off Zones" next to the sidewalks.
Parking & Walk-ins
- If you need to leave your vehicle, please park in a designated parking spot and use the crosswalk to walk your child to the entrance.

206-27 Classroom Placement - May 15
The 2026-2027 school year planning has begun! To assist in this process, we invite you to provide some information about your child using the form below. Completion of this form is optional.
Your child's current and upcoming classroom teachers work together with specialists and the grade-level team, including administrators, to prepare class assignments for the next school year. They will review this form and consider the information relevant to the class assignment. Providence has an incredible staff! Please do not request a specific teacher. Please submit by May 15. Please know that input from forms turned in over the summer are difficult to honor since the grouping process may have already started.
