Message from the President
Hello everyone!
This past weekend, the PTSA hosted a fundraiser concession stand at the annual Plastic Modelers show at FHS. It was a fabulous fundraiser! Thank You So Much to the Plastic Modelers team, ANG and SUG families for donations, FHS staff and the collaborative teamwork of the PTSA board, Hospitality Team and our adult /student volunteers! A special thank you to Bonnie Ji for all your hard work on this event!
Please help the PTSA celebrate FHS Teachers and Staff during the National “Teacher Appreciation Week” during the week of May 4, 2026! The luncheon and basket/gift card raffles will be held on Monday, May 4th.
- The PTSA Hospitality team is organizing an Appreciation Lunch. If you would like to help offset the expense, please make $ donations here: Givebacks - Causes. However, if you would like to donate items for the event, please sign-up here: Teacher_Staff Appreciation SUG.
- Gift Baskets and gift cards are needed for the raffle on Monday, May 4th. Individuals and local businesses can contribute creative and exciting baskets or gift cards; Please refrain from donating any items prohibited on school grounds as outlined in the SR&R, such as alcohol or CDB. Teacher_Staff Appreciation SUG.
- Also, we welcome adult volunteers to help set-up/serve/clean-up lunch or support the basket raffle at Monday’s Lunch! Teacher_Staff Appreciation SUG. Volunteer hours range from 10am-1:30pm.
Donated lunch items, gift baskets, and gift cards should be dropped off in the front office no later than Friday, May 1st. If you need to make other arrangements to deliver gift cards, baskets, and/or lunch items, please contact Susan Skare, soldbysusan@skares.com, Bonnie Ji, jibonniesuisse@gmail.com, or Sophea Touch, sophea.and.keo@gmail.com.
Your support at this event and throughout the year is very much appreciated. We could not celebrate our staff without the support of the FHS community! Thank you so much!

The fundraiser will be all day from 7am-Midnight on Friday May 1st! 20% of the sale proceeds will be donated if you show the Flyer (Phone images work!) or Mention “Fairfax High” to Support!!!

This year we teamed up with the Athletic Boosters and are offering Senior Shout Outs to be displayed on Graduation Day. Recognize your grad on our larger-than-life 13’ × 25’ Daktronics digital board at Harold Stalnaker Stadium. Shoutouts will scroll before and after the Graduation Ceremony on June 3, 2026. 🎓

This year we have a new way for you to celebrate your student’s senior year. The senior car magnet can also be purchased on Givebacks using this link, Senior Magnet for $10. Once you place your order, I will contact you to arrange for delivery of your magnet.
With Spring right around the corner, it’s almost time to put out our Senior Yard Signs. I am sure you have seen them every year in peoples’ yards. You can also purchase a second one to be set out along Lion Run the last few weeks of school. You can purchase your yard signs now on Givebacks using this link Senior Yard Signs. The signs are now $30 and will be for sale until early May. Order Now!!!
If you ordered a sign before March 27, you will be contacted when they are ready for pick up!
