Dear Cub Run Families,
We hope this message finds you well and that your school year has been filled with great memories so far. As your PTA, we are so grateful to be part of a community that values connection, enrichment, and fun experiences for our students.
Throughout the year, PTA-sponsored events and activities, such as Family Game nights, Bingo, the Science Fair, the Spelling Bee, the Book Fair, Teacher/Staff Appreciation, The Spring Fling, and many other special programs help create a vibrant and welcoming environment for our children. These moments don’t just happen on their own; they are made possible by the time, energy, and support of parent and family volunteers.
Currently, we are facing a significant need for additional volunteers for our upcoming events, such as our Spring Scholastic Book Fair, which is THIS week, April 13th – 17th, as well as our highly anticipated Spring Fling, on Saturday April 25th! Even a small amount of your time can make a meaningful difference. Whether it’s helping with setup, coordinating an activity, or lending a hand during an event, every contribution helps ensure these experiences continue for all students.
Without enough participation, we may unfortunately need to scale back, or in some cases, cancel events that our students look forward to each year. This is not a step we want to take, and we truly believe that, together, we can keep these traditions alive.
We understand that everyone has busy schedules, and volunteering may feel like a big commitment. Please know that any level of involvement—big or small—is deeply appreciated and makes a real impact.
