Tiger Tales
Tiger's Den
Families,
We were excited to welcome our students back after Spring Break. Next week with celebrate Military Children who attend our FCPS schools. The FCPS website provides an overview of Purple Star schools and how we support Military Children. As we begin Quarter 4, our school community focus is unchanged. We are still focused on literacy, communication, and behavior. Please contact your child’s teacher if you would like additional information to support your child in our focus areas or any other areas.
As a reminder, the hours for ESY are 7:45-10:45am and the dates are July 6-July 30.
As always, we welcome your feedback and wish you a wonderful week.

Virtual Parent Support Group
April 9th, 7-8 pm EST
Topic: Need to Dump?
As many of us are diving into spring cleanup (or hope to!)—clearing out closets, garages, and long-overdue to-do lists—it’s also a good time to check in with ourselves.
How is your brain and your heart doing?
If you’re carrying stress, feeling overwhelmed, or just need a space to “dump” some of your emotions, you’re not alone. Whether you're new to JH or have been coming for a while, we invite you to join us for a supportive gathering where you can share your experiences, listen, and connect with others who understand.
Come as you are—no pressure, just support.
I am unable to attend this event. Cara Fratta, Kilmer Center school psychologist, will be hosting. The link for the meeting is Parent Support Group Link. Cara's email is ccfratta@fcps.edu.
Wishing you all a wonderful time!
Warmly,
Deonne Snare
