SVES

This week our second graders enjoyed a visit to Walker Nature Center, and we proudly celebrated our amazing Assistant Principal, Jody Delaney during National Assistance Principals Week. Our staff also spent a full day engaged in professional learning to continue strengthening instruction and supporting our students’ success.

We hope you’ll join us for our final Principal’s Coffee of the year, see details below. Additionally, we’re proud of our All-County Chorus students, who will be performing this Friday at the All County Chorus Festival at Lake Braddock Secondary.

💜 Month of the Military Child

Military

April is the Month of the Military Child! Every year we take the opportunity to recognize military-connected youth for their service and contribution to our community. To show our support, we are inviting all students, families, and school employees to Purple Up! on Wednesday, April 15 for military children. Why purple? Purple symbolizes all branches of the military as a combination of Army green, Marine Corps red, and Coast Guard, Navy, Air Force and Space Force blue.
