Dear Bailey's Upper Families,
I hope you had a wonderful and restful spring break. We are excited to welcome everyone back on Tuesday as we begin the 4th quarter. This is always a meaningful time of year, with SOL testing approaching and many opportunities ahead to celebrate our students’ hard work and talents. We have a full calendar of events coming up that will highlight student learning, as well as their creativity through fine arts, musical performances, and more.
This week is also Assistant Principal Appreciation Week, and we are proud to celebrate our amazing APs, Ms. Wayland and Ms. Wiley. They bring care, positivity, and steady leadership to our school each day. We invite students to join in a simple spirit week and, if possible, write a note of gratitude:
Tuesday: Blue for You 💙
Wednesday: Green for Growing 💚
Thursday: Orange for Optimism 🧡
Additionally, an official Principal Evaluation Survey will be sent directly from HR beginning tomorrow. The survey is anonymous, and your feedback is incredibly important to me. It helps me reflect on my leadership and continue to grow in ways that best support our students, staff, and families. You will receive reminders until you complete it or the window closes on April 19. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts. It means a lot to me to learn what is working and what could be better. This is more than just my evaluation; it also helps ground me in being the best I can be for the Bailey's Upper Community.
