COLA

Cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) percentages are based on the ERFC plan you retired from. Remember, your first COLA is applied the calendar year after you retire. For example, if you retired anytime in 2025, your first COLA from ERFC will be applied to your benefit on March 31, 2026.


1099 Info

Tax statements (ERFC 1099-R) for benefit payments are mailed to you by the January 31 deadline. You can also view and print a copy of your tax statement in ERFCDirect. To access it, click "1099-R" under “Benefit Information” on the left menu.
