We hope you're enjoying the taste of spring we've had this week. The quarter is flying by and we are excited to see all the great work our students are doing.

A quick reminder with testing season coming up: Your base school does not send us attendance information. Field trips, testing, illness, vacation, prearranged absences - we don't receive those reports. Please see the bottom of this email for attendance links.

 Ambassadors & Middle School Visits
Our awesome Ambassador team led tours for 70+ middle school students. They took students to visit classes, talked about the Academy experience, and answered student questions. Thanks to all our Ambassadors!
MTAS Signature Showcase
March 23 | 7:00 p.m. | Signature Theatre
The Signature Showcase is the opportunity for Academy MTAS Pre-Professional seniors to showcase their work in front of an audience including friends, family, local Artistic Directors, Casting Directors, Talent Scouts, and Administrative Leaders. Each year, one lucky senior is chosen to attend Signature’s Musical Theatre Institute, Overtures, at no cost...an $1,800 scholarship! We thank our partners at Signature Theatre for this incredible opportunity and support!
 MCT Fest features live performances of original student work across many genres. Come enjoy an evening of original student music!

Did you know? Academy attendance is separate from base school attendance. Here's how to report Fairfax Academy attendance. This applies to all absences (illness, vacation, field trip, testing) and all base schools (including Fairfax HS).
