With an incredible $37,216 in total auction value, this is the highest-value auction in Clermont history. 🎉 That means more experiences, more getaways, more teacher treasures, and more chances to win — all while supporting our students.

🤠 The Clermont PTA Silent Auction Gala is this Saturday!
Time to grab your tickets! 🤠✨ The 2026 Clermont PTA Silent Auction returns this Saturday for a fun Rhinestone Cowboy–themed night in support of our school community!
📅 Saturday, March 7, 2026 🕕 6:00 PM 📍 ALX Atrium, Alexandria (Corner of Washington & Duke Streets)
This adults-only night out will feature a live band (Diplomatic Immunity), fantastic food, great drinks, and an exciting online silent auction. Best of all, this is one of the PTA’s largest fundraisers of the year, helping support programs that benefit ALL Clermont students, including:
- Enrichment Programs
- School Field Trips
- Classroom Instructional Supplies
- New Technology
- School Assemblies
- True Book Fair (free books for students!)
- And so much more
Hitting our revenue goal for the Silent Auction will allow us to fully fund the remaining PTA budget for the year. If we exceed that goal and reach our stretch goal, we’ll also be able to replace the outdoor tent that was damaged in the recent snow and ice storm. This tent — originally installed during COVID — supports outdoor lunch periods, classroom activities, and after-school programs. Thank you for helping us make it happen!

📸 Photo Call at the Auction
Between 6:00–7:00 PM, Emily Campos of Emily Campos Photography (and a Clermont parent!) will be taking photos of individuals, couples, and groups at our balloon arch photo call.
📷 Want multiple photos with friends? Let’s capture the moments! 📬 All digital photos will be uploaded to a shared online gallery, and the link will be emailed to all attendees after the auction. Due to the number of guests, photos cannot be sent individually.

It takes an amazing team of volunteers to make this night a success. We’ve been incredibly blessed with strong volunteer support in past years — and we’d love for you to be part of it again!
Most volunteer roles only require a couple of hours before, during, or after the event — small time commitment, big impact for our students.

Do I have to dress up? No dress code required! Feel free to come comfortable or lean into the Rhinestone Cowboy theme.
What types of items will be auctioned? Past items include restaurant gift cards, massages, fitness classes, adventure passes, vacation packages, Teacher Experiences, and Socials.
What is an online silent auction? A Silent Online Auction allows you to bid and purchase items directly from your phone until bidding closes. Once you register, you’ll receive a link to the auction site before the auction opens.
