Crossfield Gives Back
Crossfield Gives Back is this Friday, February 27! Our students are getting ready to prepare, sort and pack 550+ weekend food packs filled with snacks and meals for food-insecure students across Fairfax County. These packs will be distributed by Food for Others.
We are asking for the support of our Crossfield Community to make this event as successful as possible!
How You Can Help:
-
SIGN UP HERE to volunteer at the event this Friday — there are still open spots!
-
DONATE HERE using our Wish List — we still need more items to meet our goal! If you purchase items this week, please do so locally (not through Amazon) and drop them off at Crossfield so they can be included in our packing event this Friday.
- Remind your student to wear their Fun Run shirt to the Crossfield Gives Back event
Drop off donations will continue to be accepted until Thursday, February 26. Please make sure all items arrive by then, so they get included in our packing event! Our Crossfield Community can make a difference!
Thanks for all of your support and let’s show the love, Crossfield!

Kids' Clothing Drive
As part of our Crossfield has Heart campaign this school year, the Crossfield PTO is hosting a Kids' Clothing Drive on behalf of
Women Giving Back, @womengivingback.
Our gently used clothing collection goes through this Friday February 27th. Packages of new underwear and socks are also appreciated.
Donation boxes are outside of the PTO room and in SACC for students and parents to drop off donations anytime.
We hosted two drive up and drop off events on February 13th and 19th that were a great success! So far we have collected 1,637 pounds of clothing for donation.
We would love to reach our goal of gathering ONE TON of clothing for kids in need! Only 363 pounds to go!
Thank you for your consideration and generosity,
We hope you use this opportunity to once again show that Crossfield has Heart!
