Roadrunner Roundup

Dear Roadrunner Families,

It was wonderful to finally have a full week of school! After several interrupted weeks, it was great to see all of our students back in the swing of things, engaged in their learning and reconnecting with their peers.

This week was particularly special as we celebrated a major milestone. We reached our 100th day of school, marking a century of learning, growth, and community! Additionally, our students enjoyed fun and festive Valentine’s Day and Friendship Day celebrations, highlighting the kindness and connection that make Little Run such a special place.

As we look ahead to next week, please take note of some important calendar reminders:

  • Monday, February 16: No School (Presidents' Day)
  • Tuesday, February 17: No School (Teacher Workday)
  • Wednesday, February 18: House Meeting & 3-Hour Early Release (12:15 PM Dismissal)

Dismissal plans for students during the Early Release were communicated to families via the TalkingPoints app earlier this week. Students will be dismissed based on their previous dismissal plans unless a change has been otherwise communicated. If you need to make any adjustments, please feel free to reply directly on TalkingPoints or call our front office.

We wish you all a safe, warm, and restful long weekend!

Sincerely,

Christie Yarn, Principal
Alison Butler, Assistant Principal
