Hearts in the Hall

This Valentine’s season, the Halley Elementary PTO invites families to spread the love by celebrating your favorite student, teacher, or staff member! We’re excited to host our February Hearts in the Hall fundraiser in support of our 6th Grade Promotion Celebration!
How it works:
- Donate any amount on our PTO Board page no buying or selling required
- Each donation earns a heart displayed in our school hallway featuring a student, teacher, or staff name and a short message
- All funds raised go directly toward celebrating our 6th graders as they prepare for middle school
- The class with the highest participation will earn a special reward
Thank you for helping us share school-wide love while honoring our graduating class! ❤️🐝

Cell Phone Policy Reminder

-
Help Keep Halley Elementary School Phone-Free!
Please remind your student that cell phones and personal devices (AirPods, earbuds, headsets, other items connected to the internet) must be off and away for the entire school day (bell to bell). Cell phones are also not permitted to be used as an instructional tool.
FCPS’ cell phone policy helps students stay focused, safe, and engaged at school. Visit FCPS’ cell phone policy webpage for more information and answers to frequently asked questions, including consequences for cell phone policy violations and exceptions for students with medical conditions or IEP/504 plans.
If you need to contact your student during the school day, please call our front office at 703-551-5700.
