This adults-only night out will feature a live band (Diplomatic Immunity), fantastic food, great drinks, and an exciting online silent auction. Best of all, this is one of the PTA’s largest fundraisers of the year, helping support programs that benefit ALL Clermont students, including:
- Enrichment Programs
- School Field Trips
- Classroom Instructional Supplies
- New Technology
- School Assemblies
- True Book Fair (free books for students!)

Photo Call at the Auction
Between 6:00–7:00 PM, Emily Campos of Emily Campos Photography (and a Clermont parent!) will be taking photos of individuals, couples, and groups at our balloon arch photo call.

📬 All digital photos will be uploaded to a shared online gallery, and the link will be emailed to all attendees after the auction. Due to the number of guests, photos cannot be sent individually.

Volunteers Needed!
We need your help to make this event a success:
✨ Decoration Committee Help plan and set up decorations to create a fun, festive atmosphere.
📧Donation Solicitation Volunteers Assist with reaching out to local businesses for auction donations. This role mainly involves sending emails and completing online forms — templates provided!
💻Tech Volunteer Assist 6th grade parent with supporting auction setup, troubleshooting, or online tools behind the scenes.

What Is a Silent Online Auction?
A Silent Online Auction allows you to bid and purchase items directly from your phone until bidding closes. Once you register, you’ll receive a link to the auction site before the event.
🎁 How Can You Help?
You can also support the auction by donating items such as:
- Sports or arts tickets
- Vacation homes or timeshares
- Unused gift cards

FAQs
Do I have to dress up?
No dress code required! Feel free to come comfortable or lean into the Rhinestone Cowboy theme.
What types of items will be auctioned?
Past items include restaurant gift cards, massages, fitness classes, adventure passes, vacation packages, Teacher Experiences, and Socials.
What is a Social?
A Social is a party hosted by Clermont families where tickets are sold at the auction at a set price. Hosts cover the costs so 100% of proceeds benefit the PTA. These are a great way to connect with other families — often one Social per grade level!
