Dear Lynbrook Families,
We hope winter break provided a time of rest and refreshment for many of our students and families. As we return and reset for the weeks ahead, it is important that we also reset expectations at home to support student success.
Strong routines are essential! Homework completion, going to sleep on time, and limiting screen time are essential to learning. This includes social media and game based apps such as Roblox. Without consistent support at home, students struggle to fully engage and grow academically. Your partnership in setting and reinforcing these expectations is critical, and we truly cannot do this work without you.
As we move forward together, we appreciate your commitment to helping students build strong habits that lead to success. Thank you for your continued trust, support, and partnership as we begin this next chapter of learning.
We are so incredibly thankful for each and every family at Lynbrook. We would like to invite you to share some feedback on your partnership with Lynbrook. We will use this survey to strengthen the relationship between families and Lynbrook. Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out this brief survey!

Healthy Habits to Reduce the Spread of Flu and Other Germs
Fairfax County is seeing very high levels of influenza (flu) illness. Visits to emergency departments and urgent care centers for flu-like illness have increased, especially among children, and multiple flu outbreaks have occurred in our community and school settings.
Consider these tips from the Fairfax County Health Department to help reduce the spread of flu and other germs.
