Principal's Message

Hello Mustangs,

I hope you are all doing well and staying warm after our first snowfall of the school year! There is always something magical about seeing our campus covered in white, and our students brought that same excitement into the building today.

We also had the privilege of hosting a truly special event on campus — our Cherry Blossom Dedication Ceremony. This meaningful celebration was made possible through the generosity and partnership of the National Cherry Blossom Society, All Nippon Airways and Mr. Otani, our Japanese teacher. We are deeply grateful for their continued support of our students, our school, and the cultural connections this ceremony represents.

As we enter the winter months and the busy season of concerts, activities, and academic benchmarks, we appreciate your continued partnership. Please travel safely, stay warm, and reach out if we can support your child in any way.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

Jenny Payne | Director of Student Services | South County Middle School
