It was fantastic to see Ms. Mueck at the Purple Star School Reception and Recognition on Thursday evening. Our Military Family Licensed Counselor, Ms. Vanessa Montez (MFLC), also attended. We are so proud that Silverbrook is the recipient of the approved renewal of our Purple Star designation for the next three years! Our Thanksgiving lunch will be served on Friday, November 21st. We look forward to seeing our families enjoy lunch with their child(ren); grandparents are also welcome to attend. Please access this Google form to let us know you will attend.

Our Thanksgiving Luncheon is quickly approaching, and we need your help to make it run smoothly! It’s thanks to our wonderful volunteers that we’re able to continue this special family tradition each year. We’re looking for volunteers to assist as food servers and hostesses during the luncheon. Come join your student for lunch and have some fun by volunteering before or after your meal!

FCPS is asking all families to complete a Federal Impact Aid Survey. The form is available in SIS ParentVUE under Online Packets, which is in the upper right corner of the screen after logging in. Please complete the survey as soon as possible.
Our school will provide paper forms to families who have not completed the survey in ParentVUE. For more information, please visit the Federal Impact Aid Survey page or watch this video about why Impact Aid matters.
