Before any student can participate in a tryout/practice for this school year. They must have a valid VHSL Athletic Physical submitted to the Activities Office and their Athletic Registration through Arbiter Sports complete. In the below image you will find links to direct you to those pages. More information below on Physicals and Athlete Registration.

The Justice Boosters are putting on our wish list safer, electric food warmers for our awesome burgers, hot dogs, and cookies. Other high school concessions have already made the shift. We know eliminating lit canned cooking fuel containers (sterno) will improve our service to our customers. If you can help, your donation decreases our costs to run concessions at sporting events.  Justice Girls Lacrosse is hosting a Fall Clinic on November 17, 18, 19 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Justice High School! This clinic is open to anyone, but we are targeting girls in grades 5th – 8th in the Justice Pyramid. No experience or equipment is required. The cost is $50 and includes a t-shirt! Lacrosse is a growing sport in the country and will be a part of the 2028 Summer Olympics! We are hoping to grow the sport in our community and give girls the opportunity to try a new sport and express themselves in a new way! In the past six years, our Varsity team has made history, and we are hoping to continue the success each year! We most recently finished our season as National District CHAMPIONS and Occoquan Region Semi-Finalists and with the National District and Occoquan Region Player of the Year.

NEW VHSL ATHLETIC PHYSICAL POLICY
- VHSL Physicals can be found HERE.
- Beginning July 1, 2025, athletic physicals will be considered valid for a period of 14 months from the date the form is signed by the medical provider completing the exam.
- All sections must be fully completed and all checkboxes marked. Incomplete forms will delay athletic participation.
- How to Submit Your Physical Form
- Completed forms must include all required parent, student and doctor signatures.

- DO NOT submit forms to coaches or leave them with the main office

NEED STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE?
Student Accident Insurance – All student-athletes are required to have medical insurance. If the student is not covered by a family insurance policy, K&K Insurance Group has student accident insurance coverage available for purchase by parents. Additionally, even if you have other coverage, this plan can help fill expensive gaps caused by deductibles and co-pays.
There are three types of insurance that K&K offers:

At School Coverage – Provides coverage for injuries sustained at school or during school sponsored athletics and activities until the end of the regular school term

24 Hour Coverage – Provides coverage for injuries sustained all year long; 24 hours a day until one year after the date the school year begins.

High School Football Coverage – Provides coverage for injuries sustained while practicing or participating in High School Football. All football players who are not covered under another insurance policy with their family, must purchase football coverage. Football coverage does not provide coverage for any other sports. Students who intend to play football plus another sport, should purchase the football insurance plus “at school” or “24 hour” coverage.
If you choose to purchase insurance through K&K, you will receive an insurance card via email attachment from the company. This will need to be submitted along with the VHSL physical form as verification of insurance coverage. To find out more information or to purchase insurance CLICK HERE.
NEW PLATFORM FOR ATHLETIC REGISTRATION
Effective for the 2025-2026 school year, all FCPS athletic registrations must be completed through Arbiter Sports. Arbiter Sports is a secure, multilingual, user-friendly platform that allows families to easily register students for sports programs. It helps reduce paperwork and improves efficiency while keeping your information on file for future registrations.
We have been told that the FCPS central student activities office will be sending out invites to all families who have registered in previous years. Your previous registration should transfer over and you would only need to update and complete registration for this year. You MUST complete this registration prior to any participation or tryout for in season sports!!!
If you have previously registered to play a sport at Justice, you should have received a separate email on Friday from Brian Garvey with a Arbiter Sports email address attached to it. You can use this to update your account and register for any sports you plan to play in 2025-2026. (You may want to check your junk mail for Arbiter email if you don’t see one)
If you are a rising 9th grader, have NOT previously registered or can not locate email sent from Arbiter, you can CLICK HERE and this will bring you to Justice HS Athletic Registration page. You will need to create a family account and will be prompted to register for any sports that you plan to play in 2025-2026
What Is Needed to Register:
Before beginning the online registration process, gather the following:

A VHSL Physical Exam (effective July 1, physicals are valid for 14 months from the date of the exam, including physicals already completed)

Past Medical History: Be prepared to explain any “Yes” responses on the Interval Health History Questionnaire
- Current Medications & Last Tetanus (Tdap) Date
- Allergy Information & Other Medical Conditions
- Health Insurance Info

Emergency Contacts: Two contacts not listed as parent/guardian
- Signatures Required for Submission
- Arbiter Sports requires electronic signatures from:
- A parent/guardian (18 years or older)
- The student-athlete
- These signatures confirm acknowledgment of all required FCPS policies and agreements.
