Dear Justice High School Community,
With the start of second quarter this week, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate what has been a wonderful start to the school year. Our students have shown kindness, empathy, and support for one another every day, creating a positive and welcoming environment that truly reflects the spirit of Justice High School.
Our dedicated teachers continue to inspire, challenge, and support students as they work to ensure that every learner reaches their full potential. Together, we’ve also been reflecting on and refining our school’s mission and vision. We look forward to sharing this renewed direction with you soon, as it reflects the values and aspirations of our entire community.
Justice High School is a special place and is defined by our compassion, resilience, and commitment to growth. It is an incredible privilege and honor to serve and support this community each and every day.
As we begin the second quarter, I want to remind all students, especially those who may be struggling, it is never too late to turn things around. Attending school consistently and arriving to class on time are two of the most important steps toward success. Attendance continues to be a top priority, as we know that students who are present and engaged have the best opportunities to learn and grow.
From our vibrant Homecoming “Night in Rio” to the positive energy and school spirit at our athletic events, and the amazing talents of our musicians, we’ve already had so much to celebrate this fall. Our fans have been enthusiastic and supportive, and our teams and performers have made us proud.
Justice High School journalists made some noise in October, when students from the Credo lit mag, Howl yearbook, and Verdict newspaper attended the VHSL Media Championship Day. Due to the outstanding work over the past year, they returned with a Trophy Class win by the Howl and a First Class award by the Verdict. To view our first issue of the Verdict, please click here.
Our DECA program continues to shine, with two winners at the October competition. Congratulations to our winners and to our amazing program, students, and advisers!
Thank you for your continued partnership and support. I’m excited to begin second quarter and keep building on the incredible momentum we’ve created together for the rest of the school year and beyond.
Regards,
Sean Rolon, Ed.D.
Principal
