2 Hour Early Release (1:20) on Friday 10/31

Student Holidays 11/3 and 11/4

Students will be dismissed two hours early, at 1:20 PM, on Friday, October 31, for the end of the quarter.

Additionally, there are student holidays on Monday, 11/3, and Tuesday, 11/4.  

Friday: Book Character Day

This Friday, Island Creek will have our Third Annual Book Character Day! Students and Staff are invited to find a great book and dress up like their favorite character.

To ensure a safe and productive school day, costumes for favorite book characters must follow these important guidelines:

  1. Costumes should not be scary or have words, graphics, or toy weapons that are inappropriate for school
  2. No costume face masks
  3. No painted faces

Whether your child is wearing a costume or not, please remind them to bring their favorite book.
