As of October 21, ParentVue entries are no longer an option for reporting absences for Academy classes. Effective immediately, all absences, late arrivals, or early releases for Academy classes must be reported by calling our Chantilly Academy 24/7 attendance phone line at 703-222-7496. When reporting an absence, late arrival, or early dismissal, please include the following information to ensure your child's attendance is recorded correctly:
- Student ID #
- Student's full name (spelled out)
- Date(s) of absence(s)
- Reason for the absence(s)
A parent or guardian must report all absences; we will not accept reports directly from students, even if the student is over 18 years of age.
Our Parent Liaison for Spanish-speaking families, Mila Cobos, is available for translation services and can be reached at mcobos@fcps.edu or by phone at 703-222-6303.

Our Criminal Justice students kicked off a donation drive this week in support of Boxes of Basics, a local non-profit that provides seasonal wardrobes, hygiene products, and books to local children. From October 24 through November 24, Criminal Justice students will be collecting donations to ensure that local children have basic necessities as we head into the winter months.
See below for a complete list of items being accepted. All donations can be dropped off in room 578. For questions regarding donations and/or drop-off logistics, please contact our Criminal Justice teacher, Mr. Leger, at pmleger@fcps.edu.
Thank you for your generosity and support of our Criminal Justice students as they seek to serve our local communities.
