Good afternoon, Lane families!
As in past years, our Lane Elementary students have been invited to be part of the Hayfield Secondary Homecoming football game! It will be tomorrow night (Friday, October 17) at 7 p.m.
The team will make an announcement during the second quarter of the game for "parade participants" to meet up by the scoreboard. Every Lane Lion is welcome to walk the track! Parents may tag along for younger students who are a little nervous. If your students are OK walking without you, please plan to meet them on the track at the other end of the football field from the starting point. No need to sign up or RSVP—if you're at the game, you can join in! (Tickets are required for the game and can be purchased at the door.)
Some of our 6th grade students will also be participating tomorrow night by singing the National Anthem just before kickoff. It's sure to be a fun night for Lane Lions (and future Hayfield Hawks) of all ages!
