Join Us for Chantilly's Homecoming Game on October 10

A Note from Chantilly's Principal, Dr. Goodloe:

Dear Chantilly Charger Community,

We are CHARGED up for our Homecoming Football Game this Friday, October 10, against the Centreville Wildcats! This is one of the biggest nights of the year, a chance for our entire community to come together and celebrate.

We can't wait to honor and cheer on our amazing football, cheer, and dance athletes, as well as the incredible talent of our Mighty Marching Chargers and Color Guard. We want this night to be a positive, spirited, and safe experience for everyone, from our youngest fans to our proud alumni.

To ensure a smooth, secure, and positive experience for all spectators, we are implementing a few necessary changes to our arrival and dismissal procedures. Please review these key expectations carefully before coming to the game.

Game Day Entry and Identification Procedures

To expedite entry and enhance safety, the following procedures will be strictly enforced:

  • Avoid the ticket lines! Use the QR code below to pre-purchase your tickets.

  • Student ID Required: All high school students must show their official Student ID or a screenshot of their SIS Student View for identification upon entry. Please take this screenshot ahead of time for the quickest check-in!

  • Mandatory Wristbands: Every student will receive a wristband at check-in. This band must be worn throughout the entire game for identification. Students who remove or are not wearing wrist bands will be asked to leave.

  • Supervision for Younger Students: All Elementary School (ES) and Middle School (MS) students must be accompanied by a designated adult (18+) who remains with them for the entire duration of the game. Adults will be required to provide their first and last name, a contact phone number, and the first and last name of their middle/elementary school student(s). All middle/elementary age children will receive a color-coded wrist band upon entry and must wear it for the entirety of the game.  **Parents are expected to supervise their middle/elementary school age children for the entire game.**

  • No bags or water bottles: No bags or water bottles of any kind are permitted in the stadium

  • No entry after half-time: Gates will be closed for entry after the half time break. No re-entry for spectators who leave the game will be permitted.

Spectator Parking and Seating

We appreciate your cooperation with the following requests, which help manage traffic flow and enhance the experience for all:

  • Parking:  Parking will be extremely limited. Please carpool or walk. Once the parking lot is full, drivers will be directed to alternate parking locations nearby. Consider parking at Rocky Run MS or Greenbriar West ES or the baseball park across the street from Chantilly.

  • Spectator Seating: Visitor and Home spectators are asked to sit on their assigned side of the stadium.

  • Stay for the Band! Our Mighty Marching Chargers will perform their full halftime show immediately following the game. Please help us honor their hard work by remaining in the stands until the end of their performance.

  • Exiting the Game: Spectators in our Visitor stands will be directed to exit the stadium at the side gate adjacent to the parking lot at the end of the game.

Thank you in advance for helping us make this a safe and memorable Homecoming experience for all our students and guests. Go Chargers!

Sincerely,

Amy T. Goodloe, Ed.D.

Principal, Chantilly HS
