Hey there, sports fans! Cross Country practices kick off this week.
Lace up your sneakers and join the team! This is a fantastic opportunity to build your speed, strength, and endurance. Not only will you compete this fall, but Cross Country is also the absolute best way to get ahead and prepare for Spring Track!
Practices are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays right after school during Night Hawk Block B. Find Ms. Ferrence on the field or email her at cmferrence@fcps.edu to sign up and start running toward your next PR!

🎨 Float Building in Full Swing! Join the Homecoming Fun!
Our float for the Herndon High School Homecoming Parade is taking shape, and it looks magical! This year’s theme, "Enchanted Forest," is a massive undertaking, and we need every available builder, artist, and family volunteer to help us finish our award-winning design.
Float building is happening daily after school this week and is the perfect way to earn volunteer hours, meet other parents, and show your HMS spirit.
Can't help build? We still need help! Please consider donating supplies or allowing us to borrow a trailer for the day of the parade.
