Dr. Christine Ritter

A Message from Principal Ritter

Dear Kings Glen Families -

In the next few days and weeks, you'll be hearing from your child's teacher about scheduling a time for our upcoming parent/family conferences. These meetings are a vital part of your child's academic journey, and we highly encourage all families to attend.

The conferences provide a dedicated time for you to connect with your child's teacher(s) to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate their strengths, and identify areas where they might need a little extra support. It's a great opportunity to ask questions and work together to create a successful learning environment.

At Kings Glen, we know that a strong partnership between home and school is key to your child's success.

Here Today, Ready for Tomorrow!

Attendance is an important life skill that will help your child both now and later in life. Regular attendance builds discipline and responsibility, setting your child up for success in everything they do.

Keep up the good work, Gators!  As of today, here at Kings Glen only 3.4% of our students are chronically absent; this is a decrease from 6.7% at this time last year.  Research shows that when students are chronically absent, they are less likely to read proficiently by third grade, achieve in middle school, and graduate from high school.  We appreciate your partnership in ensuring our students get to school each day. Your efforts are vital to your child’s success!
