JOIN GBW PTA!
It's time to join the GBW PTA for 2025-2026! Each new school year brings a new budget and new plans, so even if you have joined in a previous school year, we need your support again!
Please consider joining the GBW PTA to support the programs and activities that are planned for this year. The PTA is responsible for bringing assemblies to students, supporting teachers with a classroom stipend, and planning community events like the I Heart Panda Dance and One Greenbriar Basketball Game.
We also need LOTS of volunteers to make all of our programs happen this year! If you want to get involved, but aren't sure how to or what you can do, please reach out to us at: GreenbriarWestPTA@gmail.com. We have volunteer work during the day or in the evenings, as well as scheduled events, and job shadowing to learn to be a PTA leader in the future.

Fall Hospitality Event
Help us celebrate the FALL-bulous GBW staff with a delicious Fall Themed Brunch on Friday, October 24.
We would be MUFFIN without them, and DONUT know what we would do without their dedication to our kids!
Please drop off Fall Brunch items in the front office during office hours between Monday, October 20 - Thursday October 23. You can also drop off items at Morgan or Megan's houses or order from our Amazon Wish list, which will be directly delivered to the Hospitality Committee.

GBW PTA Adopt-A-Highway Fall Clean-up
Wednesday, October 15th -- Early Release Wednesday.
The Greenbriar West PTA has adopted the segment of Stringfellow Road between Poplar Tree Rd and Point Pleasant Dr, and we hold clean up events twice a year.
Please join us for our fall clean-up on Wednesday, October 15th (early release day). We will meet at the GBW Front Door at 2:30pm. The event will last about an hour.

Movie Night Under the Stars at GBW
Join your Panda friends at Movie Night on the GBW Blacktop!
Friday, October 3 at 6pm.
Students will vote on which movie they want to see played during school next week. Stay tuned to see which films wins!
Entry is free.
Bring cash for food and drinks.
Pizza, popcorn, and candy will be sold by the
GBW 6th Grade Committee.
Adults must attend with children. NO DROP OFFS!
Katherine Rundell Visits GBW in September
You can now buy an autographed copy of the book for $20 at the GBW PTA website. Books will be delivered to students after the assembly on
Monday, September 29.
Friday, September 26 will be the final day that autographed orders will be accepted.
Non autographed copies may be purchased after that. Orders must be placed on the website.
