Dear Sleepy Hollow Families,
We continue to enjoy a smooth start to the school year, and it is heartwarming to see respect, kindness, and positive relationships flourishing in every corner of our school. Our students are engaged, our teachers are dedicated, and our community spirit shines bright each day.
I want to extend my gratitude for your ongoing support and collaboration. Thank you to the many parents who joined us last Friday for our Parent Coffee with me and Ms. Bermudez, our Assistant Principal. Your presence and engagement make such a difference.
A special thank-you also goes to our amazing PTA for hosting an outstanding BINGO Night last Friday! The energy, laughter, and joy from our families truly reflect what makes Sleepy Hollow such a special place.
We are deeply proud to be a school that centers our children, staff, and community. Together, we take this responsibility seriously and remain committed to ensuring that every child feels cared for, challenged, and inspired each day. Somo una familia.
With appreciation and partnership, Principal Vega

Bond Referendum
-
🏗️ School Bond Referendum on Ballot Tuesday, November 4The $460 million School Bond Referendum — supporting the division and county’s commitment to providing safe and welcoming learning environments for all students — will be on the Tuesday, November 4, general election ballot.
The funding provided by voter-approved bonds is expected to fund projects identified in the FY 2026-30 Capital Improvement Program, which was approved by the School Board in February.
The building and renovation of our schools is not funded through the division’s operating budget. Voter-approved bonds allow payment for these projects over time. Read more about the 2025 Bond Referendum. Watch this video that explains, “What Is a bond?”
