 Last week was an exciting week with our first field trip of the year culminating with a perfect Movie Night on Friday hosted by our PTA. Thank you everyone who joined us and volunteered! There was an incredible turnout!
Friday was election day for our SCA Officers. We had an amazing 60 students run for office and 5 were voted into an office position! There were many tight races. Officers and K - 6 classroom representatives will be inducted into office this Friday morning.

Movie Night: THANK YOU to everyone who joined us at our first Movie Night of the school year! It is always such a fun evening, which we couldn't do without families volunteering their time and donating items for our concessions. We look forward to seeing you at our Spooky Movie Night on Friday, October 24!

Baroody Afterschool Enrichment: Baroody extended the registration window until today to allow more time, as the enrollment numbers were low and we were at risk of not having a fall session. Scholarships are available, so please check out the Baroody Camps link to sign-up your child(ren) today!

Picture Day: Picture Day is tomorrow and we still need volunteers to help during this event. The photographers give a discount on picture packages to the volunteers. Please consider volunteering by signing up HERE.

Coat Drive: Our annual Coat Drive will be held from October 1-31. We will have the "Minion box" in the front lobby for collecting items, so please consider donating any gently used coats (children and adult sizes) or winter gear (hats, scarves, gloves/mittens).

Science Olympiad: Is your 3rd-6th grade student interested in science or engineering? Do they like building things or learning about STEM subjects? If so, we'd love to have you serve as the head coach for the Lemon Road Science Olympiad team, which is a team-based science tournament against other local schools with many different events. Please contact scienceolympiadlres@gmail.com if you're interested.
